Initial release

• Full rule inventory: every data validation rule on every tab, with a plain-English criteria line, range chips that jump to the cells, option chips for reject and help text, and invalid badges.
• Invalid Finder: one click checks the whole workbook, grouped by tab and rule, each cell address jumps to the cell, Check again re-runs it.
• Copy to other tabs: rules land on the same cell addresses; dropdown chip colors and multiple selection stay intact.
• Propagate from a cell: an edited dropdown replaces the old rule on every tab that carries it.
• JSON backup and restore: export a rule, a tab or the whole workbook; import re-links dropdowns from a range to a tab or converts them to a fixed list from the saved snapshot.
• Bulk delete with native undo: Ctrl/Cmd+Z in the sheet, then Refresh in the sidebar.
• Large workbooks: tabs load in batches, and the 100-tab and 60,000-cells-per-tab caps are announced with Load anyway.
